Trust & safeguards

Serious optimization requires disciplined boundaries.

The goal is a clearer operating picture—not uncontrolled access, hidden legal risk, or data collection for its own sake. These principles govern how work is designed and discussed.

Authorization · confidentiality · safety · evidence
01

Written authorization

Purpose, scope, access, decision rights, known participants, reporting, and material changes are confirmed in writing.

02

Proportionate access

Access is limited to what the agreed work reasonably requires. Curiosity is not authorization.

03

Normal operations, safely observed

No assessment authorizes unsafe work, deception, illegal conduct, bypassing policy, or interference with protected activity.

04

Confidentiality by role

The client determines who needs to know, subject to law, safety, payroll, insurance, and operational requirements.

05

Evidence before accusation

Statements, observations, documents, measures, and assumptions are distinguished. People are not labeled from a single moment.

06

Sensitive-data restraint

Public forms and ordinary email never request Social Security numbers, bank credentials, passwords, full identity documents, medical records, or consumer-report identifiers.

07

Licensed boundaries

Legal, tax, accounting, engineering, medical, cybersecurity, background-screening, and other regulated matters are referred or coordinated with qualified providers.

08

Scam recognition

Optimize Enterprise will not call or text asking for passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or identity documents. Stop and verify through the published contact page.

If a message feels wrong, do not continue.

Use legal@optimizeenterprise.com or the published customer-support number to verify it. Do not rely on contact information supplied inside a suspicious message.
